AMD est à l’origine de nouveaux pilotes graphiques, les Adrenalin 23.7.1. Certifiés WHQL, ils n’apportent pas d’optimisation de performances en jeu mais améliorent la prise en charge de l’API Vulkan et corrigent des bugs.
Disponibles en téléchargement, ces pilotes Adrenalin 23.7.1 WHQL ajoutent la prise en charge de plusieurs nouvelles extensions Vulkan. En particulier, sous cette API ils introduisent le décodage vidéo accéléré pour les formats H.264 et H.265. Sur le front des corrections de bugs et des optimisations, AMD promet une baisse de la consommation au repos ainsi qu’en mode multi-moniteurs avec une Radeon RX 7000 series.
Nous n’avons pas d’optimisation pour les jeux mais plusieurs correctifs sont présents. Les problèmes de performance VR ou le « bégaiement » constatés avec les Radeon RX 7000 series sont résolus tout comme le plantage de l’application DaVinci Resolve Studio lors de la lecture vidéo AV1. Nous avons également un correctif visant des soucis d’affichage avec WWE 2K23 et Nioh 2.

Known Issues
- Application crash may be intermittently observed while playing RuneScape™ on some AMD Graphics Products, such as the Radeon™ RX 5700 XT.
- Intermittent corruption may be observed around some player models while playing Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA Mega Mix+™ on some AMD Graphics Products, such as the Radeon™ RX 6900 XT.
- Stuttering may be observed while playing Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare® II with Radeon™ Anti-Lag enabled. As a temporary solution, users encountering this are recommended to disable the Anti-Lag in the per-game settings.
- Performance Metrics Overlay may report N/A for FPS on various games.
- Display signal may be lost after switching windows on certain Adaptive-Sync enable displays on some AMD Graphics Products, such as the Radeon™ RX 7900 XTX.
- Higher than expected GPU Memory Utilization when using certain Record and Stream settings such as Instant Replay.
