Microsoft accélère la correction des bugs de la prochaine mise à niveau de Windows 10, Redstone 5. En l’espace de quelques jours, deux nouvelles constructions ont été publiées. Windows 10 build 17744 est disponible depuis peu.
Son téléchargement est proposé aux utilisateurs de l’anneau rapide du programme Windows Insider. Nous n’avons aucune nouveauté. Les équipes de développement se concentrent exclusivement sur la correction de problème.
A ce sujet plusieurs choses ont été résolus. Un souci avec OneDrive et la suppression local d’un dossier a été corrigé. L’affichage dans le navigateur Edge profite également d’un correctif. Microsoft explique avoir résolu un problème de plantage d’applications avec la fonction Timeline. A cela s’ajoute des correctifs autour de Word et le mode S et la position du menu dédié à la correction orthographique.
Nous sommes dans le cadre d’une Preview. En clair il n’est pas conseillé d’utiliser cette version sur une machine de production. A ce sujet Microsoft indique que des problèmes connus et non corrigés sont de la partie.
L’un des plus important concerne la déconnexion à un profil utilisateur ou à l’arrêt du PC. Il est possible que tout ne se déroule pas correctement. Vous trouverez tous les détails ci-dessous.

- We fixed an issue resulting in the spellchecking menu appearing in the wrong place when you right-clicked on a misspelled word in Microsoft Edge.
- We fixed an issue for Insiders using Windows 10 in S Mode recently resulting opening Word from a Word Online document not working.
- We fixed an issue in Narrator so when toggling a checkbox with a braille display and Narrator, the displayed state is now updated and the control information is maintained on the display.
Known issues
- You may experience a bugcheck (GSOD) when logging out of your user profile or shutting down your PC.
- When you use the Ease of Access Make Text bigger setting, you might see text clipping issues, or find that text is not increasing in size everywhere.
- Narrator sometimes does not read in the Settings app when you navigate using Tab and arrow keys. Try switching to Narrator Scan mode temporarily. And when you turn Scan mode off again, Narrator will now read when you navigate using Tab and arrows key. Alternatively, you can restart Narrator to work around this issue.
- After setting up a Windows Mixed Reality headset for the first time on this build with motion controllers, the controllers may need to be re-paired a second time before appearing in the headset.
